When Hope & I Design were tasked with the Lifeline brand identity we know our many years of design experience in recruitment would be the best fit. We set up a meeting with the CEO and Managing Director to learn more about their business and their needs. We walked them through our process and gave them bite size questions to get a better understanding of the user journey and employment values.
The strategy was to consider a cohesive balance between the brand and staff or users. An employment values proposition as well as a brand identity system was chosen to be the preferred choice, leading to a brand execution that was made for their clients, candidates and their staff, unified across five sub-brands.
Hope & I Design’s approach was to encapsulate the spirit and dedication of all the people that work with and for Lifeline Recruitment Solutions. This was achieved by selecting a hero photo and overlaying a dedicated symbol. This encapsulation is what gives Lifeline's marketing and advertising collateral a distinguished and approachable personality, instantly recognisable in the market place.
Hope & I Design embarked upon a total re-brand for my business, a healthcare recruitment consultancy. The end product was exemplary and Mat delivered on budget and to tight deadlines.
